What is Steel Palisade Fencing? |
|
Steel palisade fencing provides maximum protection against vandals and intruders.
Cold rolled steel pales are attached to horizontal steel rails, which in turn are attached to vertical steel RSJ's, which are concreted or secured with plates or brackets.
This amounts to a virtually impenetratable steel barrier that is available in heights of up-to 4.2 metres. Palisade fencing is a good choice when considering security, versitility, low maintenance, and value for money. |

Steel Palisade Fence Pales
Steel palisade fence pales are cold-roll pressed into two different profiles:

Pale tops are finished in 4 different styles:
- Split-tripple point or single point for high security.

RSJ Steel Fence Post Fixing Options
Generally speaking, there are three different fixing methods for the slotted RSJ fence posts used to secure industrial steel palisade fencing.
- Straight RSJ's designed to be secured in a concrete foundation. The extent to which these are secured below the surface depends on the height if the fencing, the higher the fence, the further the post is concreted into the ground.
- RSJ's with welded base plates, designed to be fastened to concrete or stone surfaces by way of strong industrial anchor fixings and/or chemical fixing compounds.
- Cranked RSJ's that are secured using either of the previously mentioned ways depending on circumstances.
